Arvest Bank is pleased to announce it has added a new member, Gilbert Rodriguez, to its business banking team in Benton County.

Rodriguez has worked at Arvest for more than 10 years and in a variety of roles, most recently as branch manager at the Village on the Creeks location. In his new role as a business banker, he will develop commercial relationships within the community and generate loans according to loan policy, as well as actively manage commercial banking relationships through proactive customer contacts, among other responsibilities.

“Gilbert’s passion for helping others and his knack for building relationships make him a great fit for our business banking team,” Arvest business banking manager Graydon Rochelle said. “This is an exciting and well-deserved move for him, and we look forward to great things from Gilbert and for the customers he serves.”

Rodriguez went to high school in El Salvador and later became a licensed minister after coming to the United States. He lives with his wife and son in Rogers, where he also serves as a Sunday School teacher at Keypoint Church.
