Barnes, Fine, Rowe and Stafford given VP titles.

TULSA, Okla. – Arvest Bank is pleased to announce promotions for four of its branch sales managers in its Tulsa market.

Chris Barnes, Katrina Fine and Johna Rowe have been promoted to vice president.

Barnes is the branch sales manager at Arvest’s Vandalia branch in Tulsa. He earned a bachelor’s degree in communications at the University of Oklahoma and lives in Tulsa with his wife, Stephanie, and their three children.

Fine is the branch sales manager at Arvest’s Walmart Supercenter location in Muskogee and has 12 years of experience with the bank. During that time, she has managed three separate locations. Fine lives in Muskogee with her husband, Scott, and their two children, and volunteers with the Salvation Army.

Rowe has been with Arvest for 17 years and is branch sales manager at the bank’s Sapulpa location. She is an active member of Sapulpa Main Street and the Sapulpa Chamber of Commerce. Rowe lives in Mounds with her husband, Cory, and their two children.

Josh Stafford, branch sales manager at the bank’s branch at 1720 S. Muskogee Ave. in Tahlequah, has been promoted to assistant vice president. He has spent his entire career at this branch, holding numerous positions. He earned a degree in business administration at Northeastern State University and lives in Tahlequah with his wife, Mandi, and their daughter. Stafford is a Tahlequah Area Chamber of Commerce Ambassador, a board member for NeoHealth, and active member of Junior Achievement of Oklahoma.
