Banking on Your Future – Small Business Workshops in Kansas City

Calling small business owners and entrepreneurs in Kansas City! Arvest Bank and Prospect Business Association invite you to attend our Small Business Workshop Series: Banking on Your Future.
Throughout the series, business owners will discover insight on how to apply for a loan and receive in-depth information on the different types of loans available. Upcoming workshops include:
  • Thursday, Feb. 9: Borrowing Fundamentals I – How to apply for a loan and what bankers look for in their underwriting.
  • Thursday, March 9: Borrowing Fundamentals II – Types of loans, loan structures and SBA loan programs.
Both sessions will be held at East Patrol Community Room (2640 Prospect Ave., Kansas City, Mo.) and begin at 5:30 p.m.

Future workshops will be presented in April, May and June and focus on how a personal credit score can impact business borrowing, financial statement fundamentals and small business resources.

Workshop sessions will be led by industry experts from Arvest Bank, including: 
  • Mark Larrabee, Greater Kansas City president and CEO
  • Ron Martino, SBA Business Development
  • Raul Duran, Community Development
  • Shannon Neal, Community Development
  • Rene Purtee, Business Banking
