Three Named To Arvest Bank Business Team

New team in Benton County, Ark. will focus on assisting business owners.

ROGERS, Ark. — Arvest Bank is pleased to announce that Graydon Rochelle, Randy Durbin and Gail Sneeringer have been named to a new team designed to help businesses that bank with Arvest Bank.

The creation of the business banking department is part of a bank-wide emphasis to better serve our business customers with dedicated staff that offer specialized products with quicker turnaround times. 

“We know that business owners have to wear many hats to keep their business operating and growing,” said Craig Rivaldo, President and Chief Executive Officer for Arvest Bank in Benton County. “We want them to know that they have a true financial partner in Arvest, so we designed the business team to assist with advice and guidance that can help them better manage everything they need to do.”

Rochelle has been with Arvest Bank for the past seven years, starting as a branch manager and most recently working as a private banker. He will be the Business Banking Manager for the team.

Rochelle graduated from the University of Arkansas with a Bachelor of Science in finance and investments in 2008. He has a Qualified Financial Advisor designation and holds Series 7 and 66 securities licenses.

He serves on the Bentonville-Bella Vista Small Business Council, the Westark Area Council and the Boy Scouts of America Executive Board. He is the current president of Lowell Kiwanis.

He is married to Caitlin Rochelle. 

Durbin is the new Business Banker and has worked for Arvest Bank since 2010 when he started as a financial services representative. Most recently, he worked as a treasury management advisor for three years before joining the team. 

He attended Fresno State University and is American Bankers Association Small Business Banker Certified.

Durbin serves on the Rogers Public Library Foundation board and the Rogers Small Business Council of the Rogers Chamber of Commerce.  

Sneeringer is also a Business Banker on the team and has worked for Arvest Bank for seven years, starting as a teller and most recently as a branch sales manager.

She is originally from the St. Louis, Mo., area and is a graduate of the Arvest EDGE Program. 

She and her husband, Jeffrey Sneeringer, live in Bentonville and have two adult daughters and a granddaughter.
