A strong dedication to customer service and lots of hard work has earned Jessica Rowe a promotion to Mortgage Loan Officer for the Pleasant Crossing location in Rogers, Ark.

Rowe began her Arvest Bank career in 2003 with the mortgage servicing department. During her three years there, she became known for her embodiment of the Arvest culture based on her high level of customer service. She then moved to Loan Assistant and earned the authority to originate consumer loans.

Rowe built her knowledge of the many products Arvest Bank offers and how to determine the best product fit for her customers’ needs through her experience in both positions. Among the skills she honed was helping first-time homebuyers through the steps — and stress — to home ownership by using her understanding and service mentality to ensure a positive experience.

“Jessica has a caring touch that is comfortably communicated to her customers and eases the worries they might have about one of the most important purchases they will make in their lives,” said Jeff Resler, Mortgage Loan Manager for Arvest Bank in Benton County. “She always leads with service to the customer in mind.”
Among the community activities Rowe enjoys is her service as secretary to the board of directors for the Lowell Historical Museum Foundation.
Rowe and her husband are raising two sons and a niece. The family lives in Lowell, Ark., and they attend First Baptist Church in Rogers. The avid Razorback fans enjoy camping and spending time outdoors when they can’t see their favorite team playing an SEC opponent.
