Arvest Bank and Mercy Health System present "Au Shucks," a low-cost, healthy recipe cooking demonstration featuring corn from the Bentonville Farmers Market* as the main ingredient. Join Mercy Chef Brad Bulot as he demonstrates how to incorporate corn into everyday healthy recipes for you or your family. The event will take place Saturday, Aug. 8, 10-11 a.m. in the conference room at the Arvest Bank on the Bentonville Square. Space is limited and R.S.V.P.s are encouraged. Please R.S.V.P. to Michelle Fittro at mfittro@arvest.com or (479) 621-1748.

This is the first of a three-part cooking series which will feature a key ingredient that is locally grown and available at the Bentonville Farmers Market. The next event will feature peas and will be held at the same location Sept. 19. October's demonstration will focus on gourds and pumpkins and will be held on Oct. 10. Arvest is proud to sponsor the Bentonville Farmers Market and invite you to join us on Aug. 8, Sept. 19 and Oct. 10 for the chef demonstration series, presented by Mercy Health System.
