Arvest Bank Promotes Two to Assistant Vice President in Benton County, Ark.

We're excited to have two of our Commercial Bankers promoted to Assistant Vice Presidents in Benton County, Ark. Their professional and community experience will benefit them in their new positions.

ROGERS, Ark. — Arvest Bank is pleased to announce that Kelly Carlson and Brent Gautier have been named Assistant Vice President for Arvest Bank in Benton County. Both currently are Commercial Bankers.

Kelly Carlson first joined Arvest Bank as a Commercial Loan Assistant in June 2008. He was promoted to Credit Analyst in 2010 and to Commercial Banker in 2012.

A 2000 graduate of Bentonville High School, Carlson earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in marketing from Harding University in 2004 and a Master of Business Administration from Harding University in 2011. He is also a graduate of the American Bankers Association National and Graduate Commercial Lending School.

Carlson is actively involved with Northwest Arkansas Emerging Leaders and the Boys and Girls Club golf tournament committee. He previously served with the Make-A-Wish Foundation, Susan G. Komen Race for the Cure and Habitat for Humanity.

Carlson and his wife, Cortney Carlson, have a daughter, 18-month-old Julianna Mae. The family attends Bentonville Church of Christ.

Brent Gautier joined Arvest Bank in June 2005 as a Credit Analyst. He was promoted to Commercial Banker in 2012.

Gautier graduated from Van Buren High School in 1999 and earned his Bachelor of Science in accounting from the University of Central Arkansas in 2002. He earned a Master of Business Administration from the University of Central Arkansas in 2003. He is also a graduate of the American Bankers Association National Commercial Lending School at the Southwest Graduate School of Banking, Southern Methodist University in Dallas.

Gautier is active in the Northwest Arkansas Emerging Leaders and with the United Way of Northwest Arkansas.

He and his wife, Amy Gautier, have two children, 3-year-old Owen and 1-year-old Allie. The family attends St. Stephen’s Catholic Church in Bentonville.
