Arvest Ranks Highest in 2 Regions in J.D. Power & Associates 2013 Retail Banking Satisfaction Study

Arvest is pleased to announce we've been ranked highest in both the Southwest Region and the South Central Region in the J.D. Power and Associates 2013 Retail Banking Study. Thanks to our associates and customers who have made this ranking possible!

LOWELL, Ark., — Arvest Bank ranks highest both in the South Central Region and in the Southwest Region in the J.D. Power and Associates 2013 Retail Banking Satisfaction StudySM.  This is the fifth year that Arvest has been recognized with a J.D. Power award. Arvest has been ranked highest in satisfaction with retail banking in the Southwest (2010, 2011, 2012, 2013), Southeast (2009) and South Central (2010, 2012, 2013) regions. The 2013 study was conducted with more than 51,000 banking consumers throughout eleven regions across the United States.

In the South Central region, Arvest received the highest score in four factors analyzed by the study—product offerings, facility, account information, account activities. In the Southwest region, Arvest received the highest score in five factors—fees, product offerings, facility, account information, account activities. The South Central Region is comprised of five states: Alabama, Arkansas, Louisiana, Mississippi and Tennessee. The Southwest Region is comprised of six states: Arizona, Colorado, New Mexico, Nevada, Oklahoma and Utah.

Many factors contribute to Arvest’s highest ranking in the study.  Arvest Bank offers a highly rated in-branch experience and offers 12-hour weekday banking, along with Saturday hours at many of its more than 260 locations.  Arvest also provides a wide variety of desirable checking and loan products as well as many customer conveniences including online banking, mobile banking, mobile check deposit, deposit image ATMs and other electronic services.
