Opening its doors in April of 2011, Aviary Café and Creperie* has fast become a Springfield, Missouri, favorite, serving French-style cooking with a focus on crepes. Chef John Allen’s dishes made from scratch provide customers a double dose of freshness and flavor.

The food quality, attention to detail and friendly staff of 25 have made Aviary Café and Creperie so popular it will soon be introducing a food truck which will bring the café’s cuisine to festivals and streets.

Owners Mark and Debbie Burgess note Arvest was instrumental in getting their financial needs up and running in a timely manner.

“The ease of obtaining the needed financial backing along with the quick and professional response times made Arvest one of our favorite financial institutions to work with,” said Mark Burgess, owner of Aviary Café and Creperie.
You can visit Aviary Café and Creperie in-person at 400 E. Walnut Suite 100, Springfield, Missouri, or on the web at www.aviarycafe.com.
