You’ve asked. We’ve listened. We’re excited to announce Arvest Mobile Banking Alerts and Arvest for iPad app are coming soon to enhance your banking experience!

Mobile Alerts
Soon, Arvest Mobile Banking customers will be able to create text, email and push* alerts to manage their finances more efficiently. Mobile Banking Alerts are managed within the Mobile Banking tab inside Arvest Online Banking. Register your mobile phone in Mobile Banking now so it’ll be even easier to register for text alerts when they become available.

When Mobile Banking Alerts are available, you can select which of the following alerts you’d like to receive:

  • Low balance (user specifies amount)
  • e.Statement available
  • Debit transaction over a specific amount
  • Deposit posted
  • Overdraft fee posted
  • Any check cleared
  • Any withdrawal

iPad App
The long anticipated Arvest for iPad App is coming soon to all Arvest Mobile Banking customers.

Arvest iPad app features include:

  • Designed specifically for iPad.
  • View account balances and transactions
  • View check images
  • Transfer funds
  • Deposit checks
  • Pay bills
  • Locate a nearby Branch/ATM
  • Stay up-to-date on Arvest News via the blog

Online Banking Login Changes

Arvest has updated the way Arvest Online Banking users log in to their accounts. This change requires no action on the part of the current Online Banking users. Users no longer see the specific image and phrase on the password screen.

The image and phrase components had been used on Arvest Online Banking since 2007, but no longer are needed for the login process; Arvest now employs other, more modern security measures to help protect your accounts. Your current login ID and password has not changed; simply enter those in the appropriate fields on the screen as you always have.

Receive Answers More Quickly and Easily on

A new online tool is now available to help you find answers to banking questions more quickly and easily than before! The Ask Arvest feature is located on and is available 24/7 to answer common questions about our products, services and many other topics related to banking with Arvest. The goal is to improve your experience by providing quick access to helpful answers.  

What does it do? How does it work?
When you visit, you can enter a question into the Ask box at the top right of each page and click the Ask button to search for an answer. The response to the question is returned on a subsequent page, along with related responses and other suggested questions that may also be of interest. You may rate the quality of the answer and either ask another question or choose one of the other suggested questions. The response page also serves as a keyword search result page, providing links to website pages containing similar topics. Ask Arvest will not return answers to any specific questions relating to your balances or other private account data.

The Ask Arvest question and answer system was first implemented in March on Arvest’s welcome page during Arvest’s acquisition of 29 branches. The system helped answer questions posed by these new customers. During the conversion period, Ask Arvest provided more than 20,000 responses to customer inquiries. We are now adding this tool to support the entire website!

We believe this tool will quickly prove to be helpful in providing online self-service to you and improve your overall banking experience at Arvest.

Potential DDoS Event

We have been informed by industry and law enforcement sources of a threat event which may begin on Tuesday, May 7, and which may target the websites and systems of more than 100 U.S. financial institutions and federal agencies. The perpetrators are said to be international activist groups who intend to launch a widespread Distributed Denial of Service Attack (DDoS).  It is unknown which, or how many banks and government entities will experience any issues as a result.

The objective of a DDoS is to temporarily inconvenience the users of targeted entities’ websites and network systems by flooding them with extremely high volumes of internet traffic sent from thousands of computers located around the world. The intense traffic flood can temporarily overwhelm systems, interrupting normal access to websites, online banking services and other processes.  It is NOT the objective of a typical DDoS to “hack” into internal systems for financial gain or access to information, rather, their goal is to cause service interruptions.

Arvest Bank has implemented numerous measures to reduce the possible impact of a DDoS and we are monitoring internet traffic and system performance very closely.  Even so, adverse effects are possible and would be dependent upon the severity and complexity of the DDoS.  Possible impacts could range from sluggish or unresponsive web pages, to website outages and delays in certain transactions which are dependent upon network connections to other entities.

Mobile Check Deposit Available for Android

We have exciting news for Arvest customers using Android™ phones for mobile banking!  You can now deposit checks to your account with Mobile Check Deposit, a new feature added to the latest Android™ Arvest Mobile Banking app update. This feature is now available for Android™ and iPhone®.

This new feature allows you to deposit checks to your account in a few simple steps.  There is no charge for Mobile Check Deposit when depositing a check to your personal checking or savings account.  The next time you have a check to deposit, try using your phone – it’s quick and easy.

The Arvest Mobile Banking app for Android™ and iPhone® also has a new look and several improvements with this update:  

  • Deposit checks from your phone
  • Redesigned location search
  • Current rates
  • Arvest News feed from
  • Improved BillPay payee nickname options
  • Personal financial calculators
